Picture yourself riding your horse on the beach!

A journey to the beach from our farm in a day or maybe two?

  • Arrive in the AM – outdoor stall provided for your horse to rest and be safe

  • We provide shavings and water. You provide hay and feed

  • Check in and have some morning refreshment and tour the farm facilities

  • 1 to 2-hour lesson: start with a lesson that focuses on safe trail riding to the beach and around Cape May’s beautiful preserve

  • Trail ride: if you are ready, from your lesson on the property you can then head off of the farm and maybe to the beach

  • There are a few lunch options: eat on the beach or come back to the farm

  • After lunch you can continue to explore the preserve or just relax in and around Cape May, sans horse

  • If you are only with us for the day you would then return to the farm and relax before your drive home

  • Morning lesson will continue the work from day one, improving on the focus of your lesson

  • If you didn’t make it to the beach on day 1 you will get to the beach on day two. Even if you don’t ride on the beach you will have the tools to play on the beach with your horse (we work with everyone’s comfort zone)

Day rates start at $125.00 for the day.

It seems like a romantic and exhilarating activity limited to the big screen or island getaways. Unfortunately, horses are not permitted in most beaches in New Jersey. But don’t worry–your beach horseback riding adventures do not have to be limited to your next tropical vacations to somewhere far away!
